The Novice Driver Package is custom-designed for new drivers who have successfully passed the ICBC’s Knowledge Test and have little or no prior driving experience. The package includes 14 practical lessons of 1.5 hours and the Road Test Package. 22 hrs. of practice + Road Test • Demonstrate control, safety and responsibility in basic driving • Understand the meaning of traffic control devices • Demonstrate competence in conducting pre-trip checks • Maintain safe time and space margins to complete driving maneuvers • Demonstrate safe, legal and confident vehicle control while changing direction • Demonstrate safe, legal and responsible execution of right-of-way maneuvers • Demonstrate safe, responsible and proper parking techniques • Integrate knowledge and skills in safe driving • Use observation skills to minimize risk At Pinnacle Driving Academy, we ensure you're fully prepared for your road test with a seamless scheduling process: 1. Complete Lesson Plan: If you already have your road test scheduled when you contact us, we will book all of your remaining lessons leading up to the test. This way, you can focus on honing your skills without worrying about scheduling. 2. Road Test Coordination: We'll handle booking your road test and the check-in time, ensuring everything is organized for a stress-free experience. 3. Pre-Test Preparation: On the day of your road test, we'll schedule a 1-hour lesson just before your check-in time. This final session will help you warm up, review key points, and boost your confidence before the test. With our comprehensive approach, you can be confident that you'll walk into your road test fully prepared and ready to succeed.
