Pinnacle Driving Academy’s vehicles are equipped with dash cameras that capture situations on the road as well as inside the training vehicle. These videos are recorded for the purpose of driver and instructor training and supervising. Special consideration is always given to concealment of the student's and instructor's identity in the use of video and audio recordings. Even though the Academy cannot guaranteed an absolute privacy, we will make sure that the student's or the instructor's name will not appear on any materials collected for the purpose of training or advertising.

I am a student driver of Pinnacle Driving Academy and I am aware that the Academy’s vehicles are equipped with dash cameras that capture situations on the road as well as inside the vehicle. I understand that these videos are recorded for the purposes of driver and instructor training and supervising and that they will only be made with my consent. I also understand that special consideration will be taken for concealment of my identity in the use of video and audio recordings. My name will  not appear on any materials that are collected. By signing this form, the student driver grants permission to Pinnacle Driving Academy to make video and audio recordings and to use them for training, coaching, evaluating, supervising and/or advertising purposes.

I understand that these videos are recorded for the purposes of driver and instructor training and supervising and that they will only be made with my consent. I also understand that special consideration will be taken for concealment of my child's identity in the use of video and audio recordings. No student name will appear on any materials that are collected and all materials are to be kept confidential.
